The Theory of Change asserts building capacities of partners communities to unleash their potentials in order to address systemic causes of poverty and improve their social, political and economic outlook. Promoting community based alternatives to reduce risk to livelihood, facilitating civic engagement for local governance accountability and improving quality of public services, promoting women's agencies are the three assumptions that play an important role to bring about sustainable changes in the lives and livelihood of partner communities, and enable them to claim and enjoy human rights.
